So it's not a candle but quite comparable...I guess. And extrodinarily cheap. Ladies and gentlemen it's what I call an oil burner, but alsa this post is called cube of wax so you might be wondering how the two corolate. Well it's as simple as this,...you can put cubes of wax onto the oil burner instead of oil! Now I might be old fashioned (or just cheap) but instead of using the electronic tart/oil burners, I use the ones that you heat up with a little tea light candle. The burners are as cheap as 3 dolllars, a pack of 50 tealights is 2.25 and a 6 pack of wax cubes is about 2 bucks at the Wal*Mart near my house anyways. Normally things of such a cheap nature are of horrible quality but as soon as you set the wax cube on the burner and light the tealight, the entire room is absolutely flooded with whatever smell you've chosen. The smells can be a bit overwhelming, especially the fruity kinds, so I normally chose floral or vanilla scents.
My favorite brand of wax cubes is Better Home & Gardens, and my all time favorite flavor is Warm Vanilla Creme. As a matter of fact I just had one burning in my living room about 20 minutes ago and I can still smell it even though I located the burner into a different room. However, I still love candles more!
